The What’s Next of It All

Well, friends and neighbors, I got hilariously, truly, deeply squashed in the 2025 Cambridge School Committee election.

I also got some great photos, met cool people, walked most of Cambridge, refined a lot of my thoughts about CPSD, and 80% know the direction of the next steps of my advocacy. Big congratulations to Lizzie Hudson, Richard Harding, Luisa de Paula Santos, Caitlin E. Dube, Arjun Jaikumar, and Eugenia Schraa Huh. May you work well together while keeping the kids as your first priorities.

As I wrote elsewhere: ”A quick note of appreciation for the people of Cambridge — I’ve never before been so warmly & earnestly thanked for handing people a postcard. There are so many folks who are sincerely excited that people are asking to serve the public, and it’s so lovely to interact with them. While I haven’t asked everyone else individually, I’m pretty sure that the rest of the folks running have also had the same experience, too. To sum up: thanks very much!”

And now, I’m going to play in the sand and climb some trees with my beautiful girls for a little while.
